The Talent Map of Spain 2025: Inditex, Iberdrola, and Repsol reaffirm their dominance as the most desirable employers

The Merco Talent España 2025 awards, the benchmark monitor that outlines the Employer Branding ecosystem in our country, were presented at the Repsol Campus in Madrid by Elena Orden, head of Merco Talent España.
For the fifteenth consecutive year, Inditex has won the gold medal, consolidating a historic leadership that seems to have no end. The podium of honor is completed by Iberdrola (2nd) and Repsol (3rd), three giants that have managed to adapt their value proposition to the demands of talent that no longer seeks only a salary, but also purpose and flexibility. The top 10 is completed by iconic brands such as Coca-Cola, BBVA, Mercadona, CaixaBank, Mapfre, Ikea, and Mahou San Miguel.
This year, Merco Talent processed 53,020 surveys, cross-referencing data from 13 different sources of information and six evaluations. From the opinions of more than 31,000 workers to the analysis of more than half a million mentions in the digital environment, the monitor offers a 360º view of what it means today to be a “business magnet for talent.”
As a disruptive innovation, this edition has integrated for the first time the expectations of 4,163 job seekers (in collaboration with Infojobs) and 21 members of university employment departments (in collaboration with Recruiting Erasmus), capturing the real pulse of those who are about to enter the market.
