Inditex, Iberdrola and Repsol lead the ranking of the best companies to attract and retain talent in Spain in 2024

This Friday, February 21, the presentation of the results of Merco Talent Spain 2024 took place at the offices of Generali Spain in Madrid, where the best companies in attracting and retaining talent in Spain 2024 were announced.
And, for the fourteenth consecutive year, Inditex is the leading company in attracting and retaining talent. It is followed by Iberdrola (2nd) and Repsol (3rd) and the top 10 is completed by BBVA (4th), Coca-Cola (5th), IKEA (6th), CaixaBank (7th), Mercadona (8th), Mapfre (9th) and Mahou San Miguel (10th).
These results are the result of an exhaustive process of surveying different stakeholders to analyze the ability of companies to attract and retain talent. On this occasion, the monitor has counted on the opinion of 33,353 workers, 9,251 university and vocational training students, 867 business school alumni, 9,257 citizens, 317 human resources experts, 78 union leaders, 91 professors and 625,205 mentions analyzed in Merco Digital Talent, in collaboration with Nethodology. In addition, an analysis of objective indicators of talent management policies from 94 companies was carried out. In total: 53,308 surveys, 6 perspectives and 10 sources of information.
The methodology established by Merco for the preparation of the ranking has been independently reviewed by KPMG. For this reason, KPMG does not make public its position in this ranking.
