Novartis, Pfizer, and AstraZeneca lead the pharmaceutical companies with the best reputation in Spain

Rounding out the top 10 pharmaceutical companies with the best reputation are Johnson & Johnson (4th), GlaxoSmithKline – GSK (5th), Lilly (6th), Roche (7th), Bayer (8th), Abbvie (9th), and Sanofi (10th).
In addition, the 31 most reputable doctors in Spain in 2025, according to their clinical specialty, have also been announced.
More than 6,400 doctors participated in this year's evaluation, representing a 20% increase over the previous year, which consolidates this ranking as a benchmark in the healthcare field.
In this 11th edition, 11 evaluations of healthcare professionals (doctors, patient associations, health informants, hospital managers, members of the public health administration, hospital pharmacy managers, and pharmaceutical company executives) were carried out. Alongside these evaluations, a digital analysis (Merco Digital) was carried out, with more than 132,650 mentions and publications analyzed, and objective indicators for 38 companies.
