Hospital Universitario La Paz, Hospital General Universitario Gregorio Marañón and Hospital Clínic Barcelona are the three public hospitals with the best reputation in Spain in 2024. On the private hospital side, the ranking is headed by Clínica Universidad de Navarra, Hospital Universitario QuirónSalud Madrid and Hospital Universitario Sanitas La Zarzuela

In this 10th edition, 8,912 surveys were conducted among specialists, family physicians, pharmaceutical company executives, hospital pharmacists, hospital managers and executives, nursing managers, health information journalists, nursing members and patient associations. In addition, 4,788 clinical services have been evaluated, analyzed in terms of objective indicators of quality and clinical management.

As a novelty, in 2024 we incorporated the specialty of Nuclear Medicine, in addition to increasing the number of centers in the ranking of private hospitals with the best reputation from 75 to 100.

In the ranking of public hospitals, Hospital Universitario La Paz, Hospital General Universitario Gregorio Marañón, Hospital Clínic Barcelona, Hospital Universitario 12 de Octubre and Hospital Universitari Vall D'Hebron stand out as the top five.

In the ranking of private hospitals, the Clínica Universidad de Navarra repeats in the first position. It is followed by Hospital Universitario Quirónsalud Madrid, Hospital Universitario Sanitas La Zarzuela, Hospital Universitario HM Sanchinarro, and Hospital Universitario HM Montepríncipe.

La Paz leads the ranking in fourteen clinical services; followed by Clínic Barcelona, which does the same in four; as well as Vall D'Hebron (Barcelona), which stands out in four other specialties. Hospital Universitario 12 de Octubre and Hospital General Universitario Gregorio Marañón also stand out, leading in three others respectively.
