His professional career includes senior positions in multinational companies, leading teams of more than 250 employees and managing budgets in excess of $25 million.
He has held roles such as Commercial and Innovation Director for Latin America; Country Manager in Colombia; Vice President of Business Development in several countries in the region; and founder and CEO of business projects in Spain.
He began his career in commercial areas in organizations such as Canon, Naturgy, and Banco Santander, which gave him a solid foundation in sales, customer relations, and building high-performance teams.
He has executive training from internationally renowned institutions, including Instituto de Empresa, ESIC, and IESE (Spain), INALDE (Colombia), and Tecnológico de Monterrey (Mexico).
Committed to talent development and knowledge transfer, he collaborates with renowned universities and institutions, including the Bogotá Chamber of Commerce, Universidad del Rosario, and Universidad de los Andes (Colombia), as well as Universidad de Piura and ESAN Business School (Peru).
