Vanessa Sequeira has experience in several different business areas, such as Marketing, Commercial and Human Resources.

What motivates her is undoubtedly to manage new business, to innovate and to make a difference in other peoples lives. Today more than ever, she believes that for a company to prevail, there are some elements that must be always present, and which are all conected - the relationship, proximity, genuine focus on the needs of those we service: whether these are the people we lead, those who lead us, our peers, customers, suppliers or competitors.

She considers herself an enterpreneurial person, who loves challenges and thinks of new strategies, but above all an authentic person, without fear of making mistakes, neither owning mistakes, so that we can improve and develop.

She as a Degree in Marketing Management from ISCEM (Lisbon) and completed an Executive Master in Advanced Business Management at INDEG/ISCTE (Lisbon) and a Post Graduation in Coaching at University Camilo José Cela (Madrid).

In the last nine years she has created two companies, Intrinsic, a consulting company in the areas of behavioral training for executives and Me Time, a digital platform that provides aesthetic services to organizations, where she is a business partner and has been successful.

She has led numerous consulting and training projects in companies such as Nestlé, Deloitte, Sonae Sierra, Turismo de Portugal, Volkswagen, Sanofi Pasteur, among many others.

She worked for over five years as Senior Consultant at Randstad Portugal, in the Marketing Department of the Portuguese Cardiology Foundation, in the Marketing Department of PT Comunications, and for other companies in Public Relations.
