Yndira Marin is a seasoned strategic communications and corporate affairs leader with two decades of experience driving reputation management, international business relations, and cross-sector partnerships across the Americas. She has built her career at the intersection of global communications consultancies, multinational corporations, and multilateral organizations—earning a track record for advising C-suite executives, managing complex issues, and shaping high-impact narratives in diverse industries.
In consulting, Yndira has held senior leadership roles at three global firms. Most recently, she served as Chief Operating Officer of LLYC’s U.S. operations and General Manager of its Miami office, where she led multinational accounts and teams spanning technology, healthcare, aviation, logistics, packaging, NGOs, and international organizations. Earlier, at Burson and Newlink, she specialized in public affairs, crisis management, and country branding, advising governments and global companies on reputational strategy.
Her international expertise is anchored in senior roles at the Council of the Americas (COA) and the Organization of American States (OAS). At COA, she was Senior Director overseeing corporate relations with leading multinationals and directing high-level programs with business and policy leaders, from closed-door CEO forums to large-scale hemispheric conferences. At the OAS, she served as a Specialist in the Department for Electoral Cooperation and Observation, organizing and deploying election monitoring missions across Latin America and the Caribbean.
Yndira is a graduate of the Medill School of Journalism at Northwestern University and has completed executive education at ESIC Business & Marketing School in Madrid, Spain.
